Coating the inside of a deep-drawn oven cavity uniformly is a significant engineering challenge. A simple spray pass will not suffice. This is why a TIMS COATING oven enamel production line features advanced robotic application cells. We utilize 7-axis robots with custom lance end-of-arm tooling that can reach deep inside the cavity.
