I am very surprised to receive this award today. I really want to thank General Manager Zhu for not forgetting us old employees who have accompanied me all the way. I also want to thank all my colleagues for their support and help in my work over the years. I believe there will be more old employees like me and Zhu Runming standing on this podium. More than a decade has passed very quickly. I have been with the company for these years. I have cried, been tired, and laughed. There are many things and scenes that can emerge in front of my eyes. When we made a chain plate line for a furniture factory, our chairman Mr. Zhu Haixiao also followed us to unload the goods at the customer's site, and the scene of moving materials upstairs one by one is still fresh in my memory. I remember that there was another time when Pan Yaolin's brother and I rushed to make an oven for a customer for several days and nights. After the delivery, we were so tired that we fell asleep in the customer's office. In the new years of Tianmei, we have become accustomed to sleeping on the floor and grass at the customer's site, rolling up our sleeves and working all night, because this is not only a task given to us by the company, but also a trust in us by the company. If the project is not done well and cannot be accepted, it will affect the company's operations. We are not only thinking about completing these tasks, but also thinking about how to do it well and satisfy the customers. We cannot live up to this trust. What we have to take is a responsibility.

Watching the development of TIMS over the past 16 years from a factory of several hundred square meters rented in Shiyan to a 7,000 square meter factory in Tianliao, and then to a 15,000 square meter factory owned by Dongguan TIMS and a 100,000 square meter industrial park owned by Hubei TIMS, I and my brothers who have worked hard with me feel very gratified and proud. I believe that under the wise leadership of all leaders, TIMS Group will become better and stronger.
