The 7th 5th Council Enlarged Meeting of China Enamel Industry Association (Members' Meeting) was held in Foshan, Guangdong from December 8 to 9, 2018. Our general manager Mr. Zhu Haixiao and his party attended the meeting.

At this conference, Mr. Fang Chuanqi, Executive Vice President of our company, published the paper "Top-level Design of Enamel Smart Factory - Equipment" at the meeting. The paper expounded the development direction of the top-level design of enamel smart factory from four aspects: "Overview of top-level design", "Top-level design direction of enamel smart factory", "Case analysis of top-level design of enamel smart equipment" and "Development trend of top-level design", which aroused strong resonance among people from all walks of life in the industry.

At the same exhibition, our company exhibited the patented product "Automatic online detection system for surface defects of inner cavity of water heater tank". At present, after the enamel coating of the water heater tank is fired, the quality of the inner cavity surface is completely dependent on manual visual inspection, which is unreliable. However, this product adopts a visual recognition system, which has the characteristics of high automation, high production efficiency and high detection rate. It caused a strong response at the exhibition site, and representatives of water heater manufacturers attending the exhibition consulted, communicated and negotiated with our company.
