The energy-efficient gas enamel sintering furnace adopts the industry's leading self-preheating burner and P-type radiation tube made of 601 material imported from Germany. At the same time, it is equipped with exhaust waste heat utilization system to save energy consumption. The entire production line is equipped with advanced information systems, all equipment parameters, production capacity, temperature, etc. are displayed on the large screen in real time, energy consumption is automatically counted in real time, and fault alarm is displayed on the large screen in real time.
