Development Journey I: Company Scale Expansion
01.Establishment of Shenzhen TIMS Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (2003)
On January 9, 2003, the predecessor of TIMS Group, Shenzhen TIMS Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., was founded in Shiyan, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. Initially focused on hardware painting equipment, powder spraying equipment, dust-free painting equipment for plastic parts, dust-free painting for wooden components, and logistics equipment.
02.Relocation to Tianliao, Gongming, Shenzhen (2006)
In early 2006, due to scale expansion, the company relocated to Tianliao First Industrial Park, Gongming Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The new factory covered over 8,000 m² with a workforce growing to over 100 employees.
03.Founding of Dongguan TIMS Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (2013)
In 2013, Dongguan TIMS Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. was established. The company fully acquired Dongguan Qingyang Machinery Co., Ltd., purchased 20 mu of industrial land in Qiaotou Town, Dongguan, and began constructing the Dongguan TIMS Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park.
04.Establishment and Construction of Hubei TIMS Machinery Co., Ltd. (2014)
In 2014, Hubei TIMS Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded, acquiring 150 mu of industrial land in Yunmeng Economic Development Zone, Hubei Province, to build the Hubei TIMS Advanced Technology Industrial Park (completed in 2019). This production base primarily serves the northern market.
05.Founding of Shenzhen TIMS Technology Co., Ltd. (2015)
In December 2015, Shenzhen TIMS Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Qianhai, Shenzhen, as the future headquarters of TIMS Group. It leads the development of the Dongguan and Hubei production bases, serving as a R&D center and overseas business hub.
06.Official Operation of Dongguan TIMS Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park (2016)
On October 1, 2016, the 13,000 m² Dongguan TIMS Intelligent Equipment Industrial Park was completed and put into use. The company purchased a large number of advanced CNC production and processing equipment to further expand its high-end intelligent enameling and coating production lines.
07.Commissioning of Hubei TIMS Renewable Energy Project (2020)
In 2020, the Hubei TIMS Renewable Energy Project was completed and put into operation, focusing on cooperative production of renewable energy and continuous R&D in new energy construction and product development.
08.Commencement of Phase II Construction of Hubei TIMS Advanced Technology Industrial Park (2021)
In December 2021, Phase II construction of the Hubei TIMS Advanced Technology Industrial Park began and was completed in June 2022. The park now features 5 high-specification steel structure workshops and 2 exhibition halls, with a total construction area exceeding 30,000 m². Upcoming projects include the expansion of Workshop 4, construction of Workshop 6, dormitories, and an office building, which will bring the total construction area to 60,000 m².
09.Renovation and Opening of Shenzhen TIMS Technology Office Building (2023)
In 2023, the Shenzhen TIMS Technology office building will be officially renovated and put into use as the group’s design headquarters, focusing on R&D and serving overseas markets.
