Automatic sandblasting and enameling line for dual-tank water heater liners (with full-process automation: robot loading, sandblasting, enameling, drying, firing, and unloading);
Automatic pretreatment line for water heater liners (including post-welding robot transfer, automatic spray cleaning, and enameling);
Robot automatic enameling line for electric water heater liners;
Robot automatic enameling line for 500L water heater liners;
Robot automatic enameling machine for dual-tank water heater liners;
Technical upgrade project for robot automatic enameling lines for water heater liners.
These lines integrate over a decade of industry experience and feature patented innovations, such as:
Mixed production of multi-model and multi-specification liners;
Glaze supply gun design to prevent glaze adhesion on outer surfaces and flanges.

II. Q3 In-Factory Production, Shipment, and Installation
01. In-Factory Production
With continuous order placements, Q3 saw heavy production demands and tight schedules. To ensure on-time delivery, all departments—R&D, design, procurement, production, and electrical engineering—operated at full capacity, with staff working overtime to meet deadlines.
02. Zhongshan Galanz Enameling Line Shipment & Installation
Shipment: The automated water heater liner enameling line for Zhongshan Galanz began staggered shipments in late July and is being installed on site.
Progress: Installation is on schedule, with commissioning and trial production expected by late October.
Technology: Features energy-efficient self-preheating WS burners with P-type radiant tubes (imported high-temperature-resistant materials) and waste heat utilization for low energy consumption and long service life.
03. Sino-German Haier Dual-Tank Enameling Line Shipment & Installation
Shipment: The full-automatic enameling line for dual-tank instant-heating water heater liners at Qingdao Haier Smart Appliance started staggered shipments in late August.
Significance: Represents the first integrated, advanced, energy-efficient, and high-productivity automated line for dual-tank water heaters in the industry.
04. Jiaonan Haier Electric Heating and Other Qingdao Haier Enameling Line Shipments
Shipments of automatic enameling lines for Jiaonan Haier and other Qingdao Haier facilities were completed in Q3.
III. 2023 Guangdong Provincial Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Special Fund First Set (Unit) Entering Proposed Storage public notification
The company’s application for the 2023 Provincial Advanced Equipment Manufacturing Development Special Fund for its "Automatic Enameling Line and Enamel Drying/Firing Line for Electric Water Heater Liners" has entered the proposed storage public notification. Key achievements:
Passed quality inspection by Guangdong Provincial Machinery Inspection Station, meeting all technical requirements for the fund;
Utilizes multiple invention patents, with rational design, compact layout, high space efficiency, and stable performance;
Enables high automation/informatization/intelligence, low labor input, and high product qualification rates, supporting clients’ "lighthouse factory" initiatives.
IV. Dongguan TIMS Elected as Council Member of China Enamel Industry Association
On June 28, 2022, at the 8th Expanded Council Meeting of the China Enamel Industry Association in Laixi, Shandong, the company was elected as a council member, affirming its leading role in the industry.
