On March 15, 2019, the "Meizhou GAC Automobile Spring Co., Ltd. Passenger Stabilizer Bar Spraying Line" project was opened. For this bidding project, our company actively participated, and colleagues from all departments worked together and worked together to complete the preparation of bidding documents with high efficiency and high quality. In the end, our company won the recognition of the evaluation experts and the tenderer with excellent solutions, perfect service standards and reasonable quotations, successfully won the bid, and received the winning notice on April 10, 2019.
Introduction to GAC Group
Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. was established in 1997 and was transformed into a joint-stock company in June 2005. It mainly has five business sectors: automobile research and development, complete vehicles (automobiles, motorcycles), parts, trade services, and financial services. Introduction to Meizhou GAC Parts Industrial Park
GAC Group announced that on November 14, 2017, the company signed a letter of intent to enter the park with the Management Committee of Guangdong Meizhou High-tech Industrial Park. In response to the call of national, provincial and municipal policies and to strengthen industrial co-construction, the company plans to build the "GAC Parts Industrial Park" in Meizhou High-tech Industrial Park.
The overall planning area of the industrial park is about 500 acres. The total investment of the company (including investment enterprises) and the enterprises settled in the industrial park is expected to be about 1.6 billion yuan. The industrial park will introduce more than ten auto parts companies including stabilizer bars, elastic components, electronic control units, and car networking, and provide logistics support and trade services. After the project reaches full production, it will add an output value of about 4 billion yuan and create about 400 million yuan in tax revenue.
Project Introduction
This car stabilizer bar spraying line project has the following key technical innovations (especially the automatic powder spraying of the flattened end to replace the traditional dipping process):
01 Realize the vertical hanging of the stabilizer bar;
02 Realize automatic powder spraying, especially the automatic powder spraying of the flattened end;
03 The coating of the stabilizer bar end must be covered, and the film thickness does not exceed 30μm;
04 The hanger is automatically cleaned at high temperature online.
The key technical innovations of this project are technically difficult and have many uncertain factors. Our company will conduct joint research and development with internationally renowned powder electrostatic spray gun manufacturers. If the final research and development is successful and it is successfully put into production, it will become an industry first and subvert the traditional process of the industry.
